Coloured field tile.
Copper based glaze
over red terra cotta.
aprox. 4" x 4".


17th Century
These tiles are reproduced by
Historic Tile Co.

Fleur de Lis

These tiles are decorated in high relief.
They were manufactured by the Barnstaple tilers in the late 17th cent.
The tiles can now be found in situ in the pavement of the Sanctuary of Launcells Church, Cornwall, England.
